We never have access to your full card number. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- To fulfil your order and ship your product — legal basis: performance of the contract.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service — legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
- To send you marketing emails — legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To measure traffic and improve the site — legal basis: your consent for non-essential trackers.
- To prevent fraud — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. How long we keep it
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Marketing data: 3 years from your last contact with us.
- Browsing data and trackers: 13 months maximum.
- Customer service correspondence: 3 years after the last interaction.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers strictly necessary to run the store:
- Shopify — store hosting and order processing;
- our payment provider — secure transaction processing;
- our shipping and fulfilment partners — delivery of your order;
- our email provider — order confirmations and communications;
- our analytics provider, where applicable and subject to your consent.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).
6. Cookies and trackers
The site uses cookies strictly necessary to its operation (cart, session, security), which do not require your consent.
Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after your express consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time.

The site is fully encrypted (HTTPS). Our providers apply technical and organisational measures in line with current standards. No system is infallible, so please never send us sensitive information by email.
9. Minors
Our products are not aimed at children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last change appears at the top of the page.
