Buying an ambient lamp online means buying a promise — an effect you can't really judge from a photo. So we take the risk instead of you.

30 days to be sure

You have 30 days from delivery to tell us it wasn't for you. We refund the product in full. No reason needed. No negotiation.

How it works

1. Write to us through the Contact page with your order number
2. We reply within 24 hours with what to do next
3. Send the product back in resalable condition, with its accessories
4. Refund issued within 5 to 10 business days of receipt, to your original payment method

Faulty or broken on arrival

A photo is enough. We'll either ship a replacement or refund you — your choice. We cover the cost.

Your legal right to withdraw

Under EU consumer law you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. We deliberately go beyond it, with 30 days. Your statutory rights and the legal guarantee of conformity are unaffected.
