Shipping

• Cost: free on every order, no minimum spend.
• Processing: your order leaves within 1 to 2 business days.
• Delivery time: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.

Times are estimates and can stretch during busy periods such as sales and holidays.

Returns

The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. At AURA we go further: you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason needed.

How it works

1. Write to us through the Contact page with your order number.
2. We reply within 24 business hours with the return address and what to do.
3. Send the product back complete, with its accessories, in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once the parcel is received and checked, your refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days, back to the payment method you used.

Return shipping is at your cost, except where the product is faulty, broken, or not as described — in which case we cover everything.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery: we'll either send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice. No endless back and forth.
